PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS
TRADING CARDS
If you’re submitting a card that isn’t authenticated and/or graded yet:
STEP ONE: PROTECT YOUR CARD
1. To protect your card, place the item in a soft protective sleeve.
2. Then, place the card in a flexible, semi-rigid sleeve (for example, a card saver).
The sleeve of your choice has to be sturdy enough so that we can safely remove the card.
3. If you are submitting more than one card, please place them in the same order in which you
submitted them.
4. Place all your cards in between two pieces of cardboard. These cardboard pieces have to be slightly
larger than your items. Use rubber bands to secure the package, making sure that they are tight
enough to hold the cardboard pieces together and prevent the cards from falling out.
NOTE: Please be advised that if the cardboard pieces are packed too tightly, the cards inside may get damaged.
STEP TWO: PACK AND SHIP
1. Protect your cards with some packing material, such as bubble wrap, styrofoam pellets, or others.
2. Pack using a sturdy cardboard box. We do not recommend that you re-use an old box.
If you are shipping more than one item, make sure that they are not packed too tightly, as they can get damaged if mishandled.
3. Place a copy of the invoice we provided you with after completing the order inside the box.
Use packing tape to completely seal the box. NOTE: Make sure that all the edges on the outside of the box are fully sealed. If we receive unsealed or poorly sealed packages, we will return them to the sender without authentication.
4. Ship your package to the following address:

If you’re submitting a card that has been previously authenticated/is encapsulated:
STEP ONE: PROTECT YOUR CARD

2. Place all the slabs in between two pieces of cardboard. These cardboard pieces have to be slightly
larger than your items. Use rubber bands to secure the package, making sure that they are tight
enough to hold the cardboard pieces together and prevent the cards from falling out. NOTE: Please be advised that if the cardboard pieces are packed too tightly, the cards inside may get damaged.
