At Special One Cards, the process for submitting your collectibles is simple and easy.
Remember: we only authenticate one collectible per issue.

HOW TO SUBMIT
CREATE ACCOUNT
If you haven’t joined us yet, this is the first step towards submitting your collectible.
With your account, you will be able to access the client area and keep up with the entire process of your submission request.
Make initial verification request
Complete our form with some details about the collectible, such as name, manufacturer and year, as well as photos of the collectible (from all sides + corners, if applicable). Make sure the photos are taken with the best possible quality for a better visibility and analysis of your collectible.
In addition, we need you to inform us about the condition/status of the collectible and tell us why it is a special collectible.
In case it is a previously authenticated collectible, you must attach to this request the document proving it.
Make final submission
If your initial verification request was approved,
simply follow the link in the e-mail we sent you to complete your submission.
You just have to confirm your contact details, give us the shipping address, choose the authentication service and choose your preferred shipping option.
Send collectible
The last step is the packaging and sending of your collectible. If your collectible has already been previously authenticated,send an email to orders@specialonecards.com attaching a proof of payment and a printscreen of the authentication service, with your order number in the subject. Make sure you pack everything carefully and securely so that it arrives at SOC in its best condition.
‘Special One’
reauthentication
Intended for previously authenticated collectibles.
It must be accompanied by the document proving the authentication.
In this service type, we only authenticate your collectible as a ‘Special One’.

- Expected delivery after two weeks/one month after receiving your collectible

For collectibles that have never been authenticated.
In a first instance, we ship the collectible to our partner in order to determine its authenticity.
Confirming its authenticity, the collectible returns to SOC so that we can give it the best label on the market: that of being a ‘Special One’.
