How authentication works at Special One Cards

STEP 01 — Submission

Submit your card with intent.

Complete the submission form with:

Card information
Supporting context (story, details, images)
Your contact details

That’s it.

You may create an account to access the client area and follow your submission status, but it’s optional.

Clarity first. No friction.

STEP 02 — Verification

We review before anything moves forward.

Every submission goes through an initial verification phase (Cost of 1€ + VAT) .

Here we confirm:

Eligibility for authentication
Alignment with SOC criteria
For 1/1 cards: factual uniqueness

If the submission is approved, you’ll receive confirmation and shipping instructions by email.

If it’s not, nothing proceeds.

No assumptions. No shortcuts.

STEP 03 — Authentication & Encapsulation

Recognition, preservation, and record.

Once received, your card is:

Authenticated within the SOC ecosystem
Registered with permanent records
Encapsulated in a premium SOC slab

No grading.

No scoring.

Just recognition, done properly.

Your card is then securely shipped back to you.
